What are consequences to be faced by a principal for Non Filing of Form ITC-04 from July-2017 to January-2019. Can He file this return now.

The due date of for submitting ITC 04 for the period July 2017 to December 2018 was extended till 31/3/2019
as per notification 78 /CT dated 31/12/2018 . From Jan 2019 you have to furnish for that period on or before the 25th day of the
month succeeding the said quarter .
