Non filer of it return

For the FY 2009-10 and 2011-12, my wife has received mail for Non filers querry-TDS-94A  for TDS return -interest other then interest on security-194A. She has not filed the IT return for the said year,but I had included her interest income of FD in my return for the same years as per "clubbing of income" and i am in 30% slab and my returns had  already processed for the said year. So which option i select to comply  the querry, on  log in from available online options.i.e. on IT web site. Please advice.
