Non e-verification of it returns of earlier years

One of my known persons has been filing his IT Return of Income regularly, now he finds that for the Assessment years 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 his IT account shows "Returns Uploaded". He has not sent the ITR-V copy to the CPC duly signed it seems. Now the time period to file Revised Return has expired and the IT account for regularising pending e-verification also says "No returns pending for e-verification or due date for e-verification the return has expired". He has also received notice from IT department about this 2 monthe ago. Now the question is that what is to be done to regularise the situation and solve the problem.I will be obliged if you could guide me in this respect.

The return filed are INVALID return now, It means not filed.

Time barred for Belated return u/s. 139(4).

IF there is any carry forward losses, or ANY REFUND pending, you can file application for condonation for delay in filling return u/s. 119(2)(b). (https://incometaxindia.gov.in/communications/circular/circular9_2015.htm). Generally permission is given. afterwhich return can be filled online as per attachment.

Sign the returns and send to bangalore speed post once. and see if the accept. After all , as of now all we can do is try. If cpc bangalore accepts and processes it , then problem solve. Otherwise condonation way has to be anyways done.
