Non depositing of TDS & non issuance of Form 16 & salary slips by employer
where employer has not issued Form 16 & salary slips to the employee, what action should employee take to ensure tax deducted be deposited? can the employee file complain against the employer for not depositing TDS & non issuance of salary slips?If yes,how complain be filed to the department?

You can complain to the ITax department and raise your issues. it will be a faster solution
