Non deduction of tds

I am a person not engaged in the business of transportation and I am taking transportation services from transporter.

Is non deduction of TDS applicable to me if the transporter is providing his PAN number?

This case belong prior tothe amendment of 1st june 2015.

Yes, you need not deduct tds in this case.
