A Company in its Pre-operative stage has paid a rent amounting to Rs 3,84,000 (to a single party) but hasn't deducted T.D.S
Implications???
Is there any relaxation on the ground being Pre-opeartive...

No according to me they will have to pay the TDS on behalf of the deductee and then deduct the same frm the next payment to the same deductee..!!!
