Hi,
we have been paying professional fee, say,rs. one lac after deducting TDS. The concerned party asking us to not deduct TDS ,pay full payment ,and he will pay tax himself.
Is it correct to do so? any provision exempt the Liability to deduct tax in any case? please clear me...
