i am a chartered accountant and want to provide consultancy services (non audit services) to my family business and charge the same as an expense in books of account of the business. i am not providing an opinion on financial statements so can i do so freely or are there restrictions under the chartered accountant act?

In my opinion, there is no restrictions in chartered accountant Act regarding the same. We can do that.
