Please guide what are the possibile reasons for non acceptance of tds return at nsdl while tin-facilitation centre has accepted and issue the acknowledgement. And what the solution ?????

it may be due to change in verson (old or new ) ,some time new version is not come in nsdl centare then or some time you are not update your version
so you are reguarly update your TDS version

Hi Manis,
Normally,we face this problem due to :1 Bank challan no. and Challan Amount given may be wrong which is not match with oltas(Banking software).
2 Wrong or Invalid Pan no.
