Non acceptance of TDS return at NSDL

it may be due to change in verson (old or new ) ,some time new version is not come in nsdl centare then or some time you are not update your version

so you are reguarly update your TDS version

Normally,we face this problem due to :1 Bank challan no. and Challan Amount given may be wrong which is not match with oltas(Banking software).

2 Wrong or Invalid Pan no.

U may call -customer care no.of NSDL : 020 27218080

tin facilitation has accepted - it means the stmnt is as per format.

nsdl has not accepted it means   there  are some mistakes.

to know this go to nsdl site verify the status of quarterly return.

it will ask for tan no. & ack. no.

then you will kn ow ? it was rejected.-reasons therefor.
