Under section 307 of Companies Act 1956, is it mandatory to enter name and nil holdings of nominee director if there is no shareholding on his part?

I guess its not required if the director is not holding any shares... Experts view are solicited...
Yes, it is required to be enter when director is also the shareholder of co and hold share in his own name.
So in ur case need not to be enter
