Hello,
Is there any provision / rule / notification where in an assessee after getting registration under GST can have exemption from filing returns if services provided by him are below 20 lacs / 25 lacs per annum ??? Kindly advise

I think there is no such provision , once u get registered than it doesn't matter supply made by u was below or in excess of the said limit.

No provision... File of nil return is even mandatory

how do they know your turnover is below 20lacs if you do not file return, so it's Mandatory to file.

Once u get the GSTIN Then u r liable for all compliances of GST.... Like service tax 10 lakh exemption limit there is no provision in GST
