Noc from moef for used laptop

Hi Expert, Can any one please help me out with the situation below. Recently I moved to Uk from India and resigned the Job in India from here and now I have to submit my laptop back to company in Bangalore.Now the laptop struck with customs and they are asking for NOC from MOEF to release the laptop.I have searched for the info but I cant able to make it out.Can any one can help me out what to do and what are the documents required and suggest me if I can get back to UK again or not.I am totally blank on this. Now shipment is struck at Bangalore. Also let me know how much time does it take to clear all the process also let me know if there is any private agents that can help me out
