I have diff. approach to manage all the prblms u discussed here. I advice u to b cool n calm n just try to feel good inside. For this u must exercise for atleast 15 mins. this'll help u to feel good n when u feel good u become calm, collected, relaxed n confident. When u come frm office just close ur eyes n rest for atleast 1/2 hour this help u to reinforce ur energy, then take bath if possible.Avoid junk food, cola drinks etc. Moreover, while traveling from home to office or office to home listen to music u love this'll surely help in increasing ENDORPHIN LEVEL . Although these things seem smaller but the impact is great.hope these'll help u to manage ur time n study more effectively.
