There is nothing wrong in giving Tea & coffee. They only said that corporates should not give anything except Tea, coffee & snacks

Actually, they are saying not to give tea coffee etc. during the meeting going on, it can be given before starting of meeting not in between as it diverts the mind of shareholders and mainy important questions missed to ask by them.

@ Raghav- what is this Raghav? Its a tradition to serve food in ceremonies like marriages etc. So, there is nothing wrong to take interest in food etc. Well, you should say like this "there is something which should control the wastages in marriage partiies.

i think its bad move. company mgt will decide what they offer to shareholder. no need to restrict things like tea ,,, coffee
