Dear Sunali this is a kind of fact/information which is hard 2 digest.

But I think u may have heard about Dematerialization of TDS Certificates from F.Y.2010-11 and not of non deduction of TDS.

Thus, conclusion is that TDS certificates will not be seen from F.Y. 2010-11 onwards.
