Yes you can take transfer within one year of articleship without any restriction but only with the CONSENT OF PRINCIPAL........

Call @ icai ...and ask them details..
If suppose tomrw anyone is shifting to a new location ...we can change the firm...this is articleship and not school ...its easy but just few form formalities..good day
