friends do any one know whether to include forfeted shares in total number of shares while computing basic earning price per share...

Nop, u cant include forfieted shares in total no of shares untill the compny have re-issued the such shares......!!!

Brother, EPS is calculated on the paid up shares of the Copmany and shares once forfieted gets reduced from the paid up share capital..
So in this case Ankur is rite..
