THEN FIRST OF ALL
OPEN A DEMATE A/C AND TRANSFER THESE SHARES IN DEMATERIALIZED FORM......
FOR DEMATERIALIZING UR SHARES .......U HAVE TO FILL A FORM ....DEMATERILIAZATION FORM.....
BUT FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO OPEN A DEMATE A/C
AND THE DEMATE A/C SHOULD BE OPENED IN THE NAME OF PERSON WHOSE NAME IS PRINTED IN THE SHARE CERTIFICATE.........
AFTER OPENEING A/C , FILL THE DEMATERILIAZED FORM AND UR SHARES WILL BE TRANSFERRED IN UR DEMATE A/C.....IT WILL TAKE SUM OF 10-15 DAYS.....AFTER GETTING UR SHARES IN UR ACCOUNT SEND A MAIL TO THE COMAPNY REGARDING THE BONUS AND SPLIT AND U WILL GET UR BONUS SHARES......

there is also a one alternative for quick information. but for that you have to know how much shares he has buy...post buying transactions such as bonus, right, splitoff etc history can be seen on any stock market website.. money.rediff.com, economictimes.com
