No name displayed in Verification Tab

Entered the all details in Tab -Business details,Promoter/Partners , Principal Place of Business,Goods and Service,and Verification tab.But can't Submit the application no name of authorised signatory displayed.It is a proprietor ship business.What can do for submitting GST Registration Form.Please give all relevant details immediately.
