Composition dealer. Filed quarterly CMP-08 FY 2019-2020. Annual Return GSTR-4 last date is 15 July 2020. Only Offline utility is available for download in GST Portal. Return Dashboard does not show option/tab to file GSTR-4 File Online.
1)Will last date be extended further?
2)Should we file only using Offline utility ?

Last date to file GSTR-4 FY 2019-2020 extended to 31 August 2020.
The last date for GSTR 4 have been extended to 31st August 2020 vide Notf. No. 59/2020
