HELLO FRIENDS, CAN I FILE THE RTURN IN NO ACCOUNT CASE IN ITR-4 OR I HAVE TO OPT ITR-4S.
PLS. HELP ME.

It does'nt depends on account or no but it depends on presumptive taxation, so if you are declaring your income under sec 44AD or AE then file ITR 4S or otherwise go for itr 4
