Nil TDS Return

No Need to File TDS Return as TDS is Not Deducted at all in a Year.

no...there is no requirement to file nil tds return

bt  ya u may furnish nil return but its not mandatory

Actually TDS is final tax payable- at the time of filling individuals returns.

Here is the information on TDS.

1)   '' Yes "          ------  Yes. but not compulsory.   We Have to file a nil return. Other wise how do the department knows that  you have not deduct anything from anybody? or you are in negligence of efiling.  So the Department sends notice to you for filing the return to prove it is NIL.  It is happening practically . To avoid this better we may file a nil return almost we may lose30 but gain tension free future.  in practice IT IS  happenings. My suggestion is file the return within the due date it may be WITH RECORDS or NOT?
