If aggregate income before any deductions is less than exempted limit, no late fee applicable.......
Sir, will there be late fee for returns with net loss from business?
For individual/HUF........... No. (but business loss will not be allowed to carry forward) (assuming aggregate income not exceeding BEL)
For others..... Yes.
