Nil return for service tax

We filled nil service tax return for the quarter ended April to Sept.2012 In revised ST 3 . But our service tax return was subsequently rejected because we didn't provided the details of taxable services such as duty payable and duty paid 

Since we didn't provide any taxable services during the quarter we didn't mention any taxable services in the return.

Please help us in filling the service tax return.
