FROM THE PAST SEP=18 ONWARDS A PERSON FILING NIL RETURN , IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION SIR?

No..... if you do not file rerun for 6 consecutive months then officer has power to cancel your registration

if we file nil gst return for six months then officer can issue notice for cancellation of registration ...i got the notice for the same issue
