1. Where to show Nil rated sales to B2B in Gstr 1 whether in Table 4 or Table 8?
2. When the Nil rated sales are made to B2B along with taxable goods where should it be shown in Gstr1 whether in Table 4 or Table 8, and if in Table 8 how the gstin of the buyer to be shown ?
1. Nil rated u have to disclose in Table 8 as Nil rater inter state or intra state supply.
2. When u r marking both the type of sales in one invoice u have to disclose it under Table 4 as rate of tax zero and have to reverse the common ITC in proportion of the supply.
