Please clarify whether we can show the Nil rated commodities purchased from registered dealer in gstr-2 return? b2b invoices -3,4A or Nil rated invoice -7

if it's uploaded by supplier don't accept and show
yes it is uploaded by supplier and available in b2b 3, 4a. can i reject it and entered the summery in Nil rated colum 7?
