Dear Sir,
one of my employee paid college fee for M Tech Night College Regular. can he claim deduction under 80c for this payment?
Please explain this.

No.......... assess can not claim deduction u/s 80c..
80C deduction is available for "tution fees" paid to recognized institutes for upto two child, not for self.
