Sorry dear but i dont agree....
You can improve your personality by dreaming yourself and creating an image of yours. You can creat yourself your role model and make it your aim to be that.. This is the way of betterment.
Just creat your own dream image and make true efforts to be that......
This would not only give you an aim but also motivate you to reach that at the earliest.
