what will be the Next date for efiling of itr for financial year 2013-14 and assessment year 2014-15

Don't wait for any such notification, just manually file the return along with letter of condolation for delay; provided any refund due.
One more chance some non-filer (lucky...!!!) people get is notice to file any such ITR, from the department.
