News paper is exampt from GST , please confirm form Notification 2 dated 20/6/2017 (CGST rate ) ,also it has been mentioned that Inter-sate supply of Goods .
please confirm with others also
Printed books, including braille books and newspaper, periodicals & journals, maps, atlas, chart & globe are not taxable under GST.
