My Question is can a newly qualified CA with full time COP appoint an article clerk under him/her?

He can train only one articled student.

will you please clarify my doubt regarding,
Can a fresh Chartered Accountant who acquired COP appoint article students? If so how many article students can he appoint. In the same manner in ACA position & in FCA position how many students he will provide.
When he will become FCA.
