The Procedure for obtaining VAT Registration are as Follows. 1).DVAT-4 Form Must be Filled . 2). Surety bond of Minimum Rs.100000 If you have 1). pasposrt Then Rs. 25000 Exemtion on surety Amount 2). If PAN No. of Dealer then RS. 10000 3). The Address Proof of buisness place in the name of dealer then Rs. 15000 * The Surety bond must be attested by Notary Public. * the signature of surety must. * One PAN Card of Dealer. * One Address proof of place of buisness . Filled all the document in sales Tax Depatment in VAT Registration Office

Our factory is located in varanasi (UP),We want to setup a trading branch in W.B.for directly despatched the trading materials to respective purchaser. what is the procedure & wheather it is wright or wrong
