I Want to know TDS New 16A form is accepteble by IT department ???

TDS certificate is issued to the deductee & not the IT Dept. For all tax dedcuted after after 1st April, 2010 you have to use the new TDS Certificate format.
Hence the question of acceptance of TDS certificate by the IT department doesnot arise.
