How to Pay TDS, has the new rules of Form 17 declared, Challan has to be paid in form 17 format or 281. Please reply

New Rules for TDS and Form 17 Declared ?

For the month of April,2009 payment of TDS has to be made under challan 281 as there is no clarity for implementation and functioning of Form 17 from the Income Tax department.
