new registration is applicable for sez area
Is it necessary to get new registration for SEZ area ? and if my company's office is located in two separate SEZ areas of the same state then what will happen in this case.

Separate registration is mandatory for SEZ unit. One registration is sufficient for all SEZ units in one state.
