You can apply for revocation of cancellation, in FORM GST REG-21, if his registration has been cancelled suo moto by the proper officer.
You have to submit it within 30 days from the date of service of the cancellation order
It is more than 7 months since the registration is cancelled. Now my question is can we apply for a new GSTIN with a new business name under the same person PAN
