New mvat forms

I think new MSTD version is yet not published. So wait for the new version.

As per the website mahavat.gov.in,   "Facility to upload e-returns for the period from April 2016 onwards will be made available shortly".  So we will have to wait till they notify the new form and the upload link on the website.

 

You cannot login on MSTD with old ID . You will have to create another login on the MSTD website using your PAN details. However, the new forms are yet to be notified by department.

I think the new return template is availbale on M-VAT website (mvat home page-dealers services-New automation-returns) once directed on MSTD website select return template under downloads.Is there any clarifications relating to the forms are these actual forms to be filed from april 2016 onwards ?

Yes the new return template is available. But the return E filing tab doesn't seem to work. That's why we will have to wait till department issues any notification in this regard

Where and under which code are we supposed to use for cash sales and cash purchases under the new vat return ?

Yes all dealers are required to register on MSTD site.

Which code should be used for interstate branch transfer against form F under the sales annexure in new mvat form, as branch transfer within the state is under code 300 (in sales annexure)but there is no specification for interstate branch transfer ?
