Kindly let me know that as per new ITR forms asking for Aadhar numbers, is there any notification about not sending ITR-V to CPC Bangalore by post due to Aadhar number entry in online e-filing

If you e-verify your return then you need not to send copy to banglorere
If you do not want to e verify then you have to sendd copyy too banglore
U can avert the necessity to send ITR V to CPC thru 2 means - 1.Aadhar card 2. EVC
