New ITR-1 form (income tax excel utility) shows penalty for late filing u/s234F although the due date is extended till 31.8.2018. Does anyone else having the same problem? Plz. guide how to resolve.

Is the ITR1 excel version dated as that of 01-Aug-2018?

if the taxpayer is required to file income tax return and also entitled to fill the .return but doesn’t fill in the prescribed time limit
