new HDD for Pc( whether capitalised or treated as rev exp)

Hi frnds..... plz help me in solving dis query.....Whether a newly purchased Hard Disk should be treated as revenue expenditure and charged to P&L A/C or as capital expenditure keeping in mind the conditions of PARA 12 of AS10
