IN NEW FORM NO 23 AC Auditor Details which is we have appoint for next year details input , but which SRN no has to be input i.e for the year ended 31/03/2012 b/s , srn no input of 2011-12 or 2012-13.

You have to give SRN for Form 23-B filed after AGM held in 2011 (and not in 2012).
