Hi
Now for my Union Bank account I am getting a brand new error while prevalidating it on new IT portal.
My PAN, AC number, mobile, email id, IFSC all match between bank records and efiling profile. Yet the system fails the validation stating
PAN Bank Account IFSC Linkage Failed
A brand new error newly introduced by Infosys.
I have written to Union Bank as well as efilingwebmanager. Contacted income tax helpdesk and they said write to efilingwebmanager.
