Can i register a company with name abc pharmaceuticals pvt ltd, if a company is already registered with name abc pvt ltd (abc is just for example), keeping in view Name availaibility guidelines, 2011

You certainly can incorporte a company by such name stating the main objects like pharmaceutical in the name of the Company. Although at times these names may also be disallowed whereby it appears to ROC that the names may be resembling or confusing. In such cases people also tend to bribe to get names registered.

Fees For Form 1 is 4000+200+200 for MOA,AOA,Form-1 respectively.....and u are required to file form 18,form 32 simonteneously fees for those 200+200 respectively....and extra stamp duty reqyuired to be paid extra on memorandums which is 135

i applied with that name but same was rejected..........can u please guide me what to do next
u can apply another name with old recipts no and u don't pay fee again.
