We are having companies incorporated between Jan 11 and Mar 11and the FY ending on 31.03.2012. The accounts are prepared in revised Schedule VI. These are the First Accounts of the said companies. As per the Form 23AC & 23ACA, the form for companies where accounting year begins before 01.04.2011 are to be filled in old Schedule VI format. Can anybody guide me whether the accounts prepared in revised Schedule VI will be OK?
Also whether the signed copy of Accounts in revised Schedule VI can be attached to such Form?
