Do you know this draft not for India. Dear verify the draft and then upload. In this scoring compitition do not degrade your value. This Draft you have downloaded from www.siba.net . Do u even not knowing that the website is not Indian???

Alternatively, the following link can be visited for the standing committee report and the draft of the companies bill, 2009, since this is the latest draft available. The same has been put up for approval in the Winter session of Parliament. Further, the minutes of Cabinet are not available in the draft form.
