Some relief for students now. Need not worry about the applicability of the entire new companies act 2013.Only 45 sections can now made applicable for nov 2014 exams. :)
45 Sections included in Final Paper & 53 included in Ipcc Paper. I think we, the Final students may be asked those 53 sections in Exams.
O... so IPCC has 53 new sections is it??? Well, i guess you may be right that they can ask from it for final. But, i frankly dont want to write those new 45 sections also. Want to clear of in this may 2014 itself....
