registered office address by leave and license agreement
there is already a leave and license agreement existing for the same office with the same owner but with a different Company having the said premise as its registered office BY FILING FORM 18.
Can this new company have its registered office address by another agreement for the same premise?
in short can two companies enter into leave and license agreement with the same party for the same premise both the agreements currently active.
Kindly advice as wanting things to be clear before filing form 18.

ya there is no problem
any paper work that needs to be done to be compliant with law for the same? just to be on the safer side.
no need but if you want you can amend existing leave and licence agreement
