i want the information about Networth Caluculation of an Individual, a company, which items we have to take for this calculations both fro Assets side and Laibilities side, kindly sugest me it is urgent to me.

It is very simple. For an individual from the total of all his/her assets subtract all liabilities. For valuing his insurance etc. the surrender value should be used.
In case of companies keep in mind that all fictitious assets should be left out of calculation.
