A company has issued 10000 shares of Rs. 10 each but received Rs. 7 per share. i.e. Rs. 3 is calls in arrears.

Also the company has free reserve of Rs. 5 lakhs.

570000
answer correct?
57000...per share
explain this sum
RS.60 Per share
INR 5 L + 70K / 10000
why 30K not come?

Here

Issued Capital            1,00,000   (10,000 x Rs. 10)
Less: Calls in Arrears               30,000   (10,000 x Rs. 3)
Paid up Capital               70,000
Add: Reserve            5,00,000
NET WORTH            5,70,000

No. of Shares               10,000

Net worth per share                        57   (5,70,000/10,000 Shares)

Is it correct?
Or we should factor the number of shares to the extent of paid value (i.e. Rs.7) ?
thanks brother
Net Worth = Paid up equity + Free Reserves - Fictious Assets ,Here Paid up equity is 70000Rs . & 5 Lacs In Free Reserves ,So 5.7 Lacs and ₹ 57 Per Shares ...
